Alexion Pharmaceuticals develops therapies for people living with rare diseases. As part of a patient education initiative, Alexion partnered with Accenture to create instructional materials that clearly demonstrated the preparation and administration of a weight-based IV medication.
As the illustrator and animator on the project, I created a step-by-step instructional video using vector illustration and motion graphics to communicate complex clinical procedures in an accessible, easy-to-follow format. The animation walked healthcare professionals and caregivers through medication preparation, syringe setup, infusion pump operation, and administration.
